2016 Beneficiary Partner

API Equality Northern California

Every year, Project by Project selects a non-profit partner based on a theme or issue that addresses current needs in the Asian American community. Each chapter partners with a local non-profit organization that focuses on the issues of the annual theme and tailors a year-long campaign to support its fundraising, community outreach, and public awareness efforts. This year, we are focusing on the needs of the LGBTQ API community (see infographic below for details).

Project by Project San Francisco is proud to be partnering up with API Equality Northern California (APIENC)!

About API Equality Northern California

Founded in 2004, APIENC aims to build LGBTQ API power to amplify voices and increase visibility of their communities. Through organizing, they inspire and train leaders, establish intergenerational connections, and document and disseminate their histories.

This year, PbP SF will work with APIENC to develop effective strategies to enhance its capacity to better serve the LGBTQ API community.
