  • How do I upgrade my ticket from General Admission to VIP Admission?

    Already have a GA ticket but want to upgrade? Send a email to ticket.ny@projectbyproject.org and we will send you a “add-on” link.

    VIP admission upgrades are $50 per add-on.

  • Can I update my ticket information?

    Registered ticket holder name can be updated. Registration name update requests must be submitted to ticket.ny@projectbyproject.org by November 10, 2023 at 11:59PM EST.

  • Do you sell tickets at the door?

    Yes! At the door tickets are $250. We highly recommend purchasing your ticket online in advance!

    All ticket holders upon entry must present a valid ID.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend cocktail attire - suits, dress shirts, blouses, dresses, dress pants, etc.!

    As our guests say, dress to impress!

  • How do I get there?

    We recommend taking the 7 train to 34th street - Hudson Yards Station! See above transportation guide for additional guidance.

  • Where can I park?

    MPG: Manhattan Parking is open until 12AM. Enter garage on 29th street.

    Please take note of garage closures before parking. Some nearby garages close before our event ends!

    Parking is not reimbursable.

  • What does the ticket include?

    Ticket to Plate by Plate 2023 NY is all inclusive! Enjoy all you can eat and drink before the night ends to amazing performances from your AAPI community!

  • Will some vendors run out of food?

    No surprise that delicious and complicated dishes are worth the wait, but that also means all guests are also waiting in line for the most popular ones. Come early and don’t miss out!

  • Who pays for the food?

    Our beloved restaurants!!! All quality food and fresh ingredients are donated by our amazing chefs to help support our 2023 beneficiary cause! THANK YOU, CHEFS!

  • Who runs the event?

    Plate by Plate NY is a 100% volunteer-run event. That means every check-in person, food server, setup & breakdown staff, marketers, event planners, and team members are VOLUNTEERS. We do not get paid, and we can’t stop giving back to our community!

  • How do I become a sponsor?
